  • Are there any hardware infrastructure issues that must be solved for Service Delivery?
  • Is the used software supporting the objectives of the Service Delivery?
  • Are there any gaps in the software and its licenses?
  • Is the Operating System up-to-date?
  • Are there any security threats noticed in the Service Delivery?
